08:52 AM EDT, 04/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Intapp ( INTA ) said Friday it has agreed to acquire real estate software firm TermSheet, an affiliate of investment firm Platform Ventures.

The transaction is expected to close within the next 45 days, the company said. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Intapp ( INTA ) said it also plans to add the Termsheet team, including founders Roger Smith and Sahil Rattan.

After the transaction closes, the company said it will introduce advanced capabilities for Intapp DealCloud and TermSheet platforms, and then a unified platform combining both.
