07:13 AM EDT, 04/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- I-80 Gold ( IAUX ) said Friday that Matthew Gili will step down as president and chief operating officer.

Gili has served in these roles since 2021, the company said, adding that Chief Executive Richard Young will become the president after Gili's departure.

Gili will continue to work in his capacity until a succession is appointed. I-80 Gold ( IAUX ) said it has started a search for a new operations chief.
