Dec 3 (Reuters) - Humana Inc ( HUM ) on Tuesday named

Celeste Mellet as its chief financial officer, succeeding Susan

Diamond, who will step down after 18 years with the health

insurer.

Mellet currently serves as CFO of Global Infrastructure

Partners, an infrastructure fund manager recently acquired by

BlackRock.
