Genmab COO Anthony Mancini Departs; Firm Names New CTO, CCO

09:33 AM EDT, 08/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Genmab ( GMAB ) said Friday it has named Rayne Waller and Brad Bailey to the newly created positions chief technology officer and chief commercial officer, respectively.

The biotech firm also said that Chief Operating Officer Anthony Mancini is leaving to pursue other opportunities.

Waller and Bailey, who were also named executive vice presidents and will join the executive committee, will report to President and Chief Executive Jan van de Winkel.

Waller, who will be based in Copenhagen, Denmark, was most recently chief operating officer at Capsida Biotherapeutics. Bailey, who will be based in Princeton, New Jersey, is being promoted from US general manager, a role he will maintain on an interim basis.
