10:29 AM EDT, 05/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- FS KKR Capital ( FSK ) said Friday it has priced an underwritten public offering of $600 million of its 6.875% unsecured notes due Aug. 15, 2029.

The company said it expects to close the offering June 6 and plans to use the proceeds to fund general corporate purposes, including debt repayments.
