03:30 AM EDT, 04/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Four Corners Property Trust ( FCPT ) said late Wednesday it acquired an automotive service property for $5.3 million.

The property, located in Arkansas, is leased to a national operator under a corporate long-term triple net lease, the company said.

Four Corners Property Trust ( FCPT ) said the deal was priced at a 6.8% cap rate on rent as of the closing date.
