Fomento Economico Mexicano Closes $400.5 Million Asset Sale to Mill Point Capital

10:42 AM EST, 11/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Fomento Economico Mexicano SAB de CV ( FMX ) said Monday it closed the sale of its refrigeration and foodservice equipment operations, Imbera and Torrey, for 8 billion Mexican pesos ($400.5 million) to Mill Point Capital.

Fomento Economico Mexicano shares rose 1% in recent trading.
