CNH Industrial Prices $600 Million Notes Offering

05:57 PM EDT, 03/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CNH Industrial ( CNHI ) said late Tuesday its wholly owned subsidiary, CNH Industrial Capital, priced $600 million of 5.1% notes due 2029, with an issue price of 99.157%.

The company plans to use the net proceeds for working capital and other general corporate purposes.

The net proceeds may also be used to repay debt.

The offering will likely close on March 21.

Price: 12.4, Change: -0.05, Percent Change: -0.4
