Capri to Sell Versace to Prada for Roughly $1.38 Billion

08:38 AM EDT, 04/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Capri Holdings ( CPRI ) said Thursday it has agreed to sell Versace to Prada for about $1.38 billion in cash.

The deal will likely close in H2, Capri added.
