Broadridge Financial Solutions CFO Edmund Reese to Step Down to Become Aon CFO

08:30 AM EDT, 06/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Broadridge Financial Solutions ( BR ) said Tuesday that Chief Financial Officer Edmund Reese will step down from his position on June 30 to become CFO of professional services firm Aon (AON).

Broadridge said it has named Ashima Ghei, CFO of Broadridge's investor communication solutions segment, as interim CFO.

The company said it has launched a search for a permanent successor.
