Bread Financial to Offer $400 Million in Subordinated Notes

08:33 AM EST, 03/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bread Financial Holdings ( BFH ) said Wednesday it plans to offer $400 million in fixed-rate reset subordinated notes through a private offering.

The company said it plans to lend at least $250 million of the net proceeds as subordinated debt to its Comenity Capital Bank unit, with the remainder to be allocated toward general corporate purposes.
