04:12 AM EDT, 04/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Basel Medical Group ( BMGL ) said Friday its subsidiary has signed a deal to acquire Bethesda Medical as part of its expansion in Singapore and the Southeast Asian healthcare market.

The company said the acquisition is expected to close around April 30.

Financial details of deal were not disclosed.
