Babcock & Wilcox Receives NYSE Noncompliance Notice

05:22 PM EDT, 04/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises ( BW ) said late Thursday that it received a notice from the New York Stock Exchange over its noncompliance with the minimum share price requirement.

The average closing price of its shares was below $1.00 over a consecutive 30 trading-day period, the company said. It has six months to regain compliance with the listing standards.
