09:01 AM EST, 02/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Alight (ALIT) said Thursday that it has appointed Russell P. Fradin as board chairman, effective March 1.

Fradin succeeds William P. Foley, II, who will continue to serve as a board member.

In addition, Robert Schriesheim, Robert Lopes, Jr., and Mike Hayes have been appointed to the board, succeeding Erika Meinhardt, Regina Paolillo, and Dan Henson, who are stepping down effective March 1, the company said.

Alight said the changes satisfy its remaining obligations with Starboard under a cooperation agreement reached in May.

Shares were 8.5% higher in recent premarket activity.
